
About Me
It’s me. Hi, I’m Tyler. I Graduated the University of the Sunshine Coast with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Majoring in Marketing. My first full time job was a Customer Service Manager for Coles Supermarkets, this was not an office job but rather in the trenches of a supermarket store. From this role I was captivated by the world of Coles for a number of years and worked my way from a Customer Service Manager to a Fresh Delicatessen Manager to an Assistant Store Manager. At this point in my life I had a realisation or, quarter life crisis if you will...and decided there was more to life than spending every day in a grocery store.



My Story
In January 2022 I packed up my life and moved to the picturesque Hamilton Island and worked as an administrative assistant to one of the Operational Managers on the Island. This is where I discovered I had a knack for admin and writing. I used my words to create content, reports, proposals, safety briefings and marketing materials. This blossomed the Remote Solutions. I thought if I could do it for a huge tourism company I could do it for businesses all over Australia and the world.
